Due to the nature of our merchandise, and the photography industry, we hold a STRICT 7-day return/exchange policy on new and unused items. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can exchange for similar items (different color/size) of equal or greater value DURING the 7-day period for full-value credit. Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Returns for refund are subject to standard 20% RESTOCKING FEE. After 7-days, a new and unused item can be returned or exchanged only subject to management discretion, and with a 50% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Any shipping fees incurred due to refusals, return to sender or address corrections will be charged to the customer's credit card; an administration fee of 10% will also apply.
No returns on any backdrops showing signs of animal hair, dirt or use. Each backdrop that requires refolding will be charged .50 cents per foot. Defective items will be replaced for same/similar item when available, or refunded if no replacement can be made.
If free shipping or any other special offers or deductions were used, these will be deducted from any refunds given. You must request a return authorization number by email or phone prior to returning any items; write the RA number on a copy of the order invoice, do not write on or deface the product box, otherwise a replacement box charge may be deducted from your refund.
Returns must be shipped in original packaging and container, with a copy of the invoice and RA number, and be insured for the full amount within two business days from receiving RA number; we are not responsible for damage/loss in return transit. Returns not meeting the above criteria may be refused or returned postage due. If there are customs or duty fees charged on returns from outside the US, they will be deducted from your refund, or may be refused.
Refunds are issued within 5 working days of return inspection.
Thoroughly inspect your order right away, all claims for damage, defective, incorrect or missing merchandise must be reported to Belger Photography within two business days of receipt. If items are damaged in transit, all packaging materials and damaged items must be retained for carrier insurance claims inspection/return.
