**Our prices are lower than our competitors on similar products because we manufacture our own line of backdrops, track systems, rollups and other items, cutting out the middle-man, so we are able to pass these savings on to you.

**INTERNATIONAL SALES: Due to increased internet fraud, we will not ship to or process orders from the following countries: Yugoslavia, Ghana, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania or Indonesia. Oversize or very large items cannot be shipped to some international destinations; we will notify you if your order cannot be processed. We ship USPS Global Priority and Global Express Mail. Any unpaid duties or customs fees for international shipments will be charged to your credit card.

**RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our merchandise, and the photography industry, we hold a strict 7-day return/exchange policy on new and unused items. NO returns are accepted on background paper, gossamer, custom, banded, grommetted, double-sided, by-the-foot, by-the-yard, velcro-line or painted canvas backdrops, software, backgrounds on CD, combo offers which include any of these items, paint, liquids, books, hats or clothing props, gift certificates, clearance or remnants, special order or drop-ship, special offers, seasonal items, used, perishable items or any item that states "non-returnable" or "all sales final" in the description. If you are unsatisfied with your order, an exchange for similar items (different color/size) of equal or greater value can be requested during the 7-day period for full-value credit. Only one exchange is allowed per order. Returns for refund are subject to standard 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. No returns on any backdrops returned showing any sign of animal hair, dirt or use. Each backdrop that requires refolding will be charged .50 cents per foot. Defective items will be replaced for same/similar item when available, or refunded if no replacement can be made. If free shipping or any other special offers or deductions were used, these will be deducted from any refunds given. You must request a return authorization number by email or phone prior to returning any items; write RA number on a copy of the invoice, do not write on or deface the product box, otherwise a replacement box charge may be deducted from your refund. Returns must be shipped in original packaging and container, with a copy of the invoice and RA number within two business days from receiving the RA number. Return shipping/insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for damage/loss in return transit. Returns not meeting the above criteria may be refused or returned to you postage-due.

**Cloth Backdrops: If you don't see the right size or color, call us - we have thousands of special-order fabrics available in every fabric type, size and color. Unless otherwise stated, all sizes listed are approximate, and may vary by up to 5% in some cases. Colors displayed on your computer screen may vary from actual fabric color due to differences in individual monitors. Fabric colors may vary slightly on same product from different dye lots. If exact color-matching is required for multiple items, contact us directly when ordering, and specify dye-lot matching at the time of order. 3" Backdrop rod-pocket overlay is standard on most backdrops, and is included in length measurement. If exact dimensions are required, email us for custom work/pricing.
