We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
5. Belger Photo Supply mailing list: when you place an order with Belger Photo Supply, or contact us by eMail, you are automatically added to our special offers email list. Every month or so, you may receive a special offer from us that is not offered on our website or to the general public. If you wish to be removed from the contact list, simply eMail your request to be removed. Each time you place a new order, you will need to request removal from the list.
